One-on-One Promise Tracker is a small record for commitments made during 1:1 meetings. A 1:1 often includes career questions, blockers, feedback, small promises, and sensitive context. If the manager forgets the follow-up, trust drops even when the original conversation was good. A simple tracker can use four fields: Person: who the commitment concerns. Promise: what was said or agreed. Next check: the date to review it. Private or shared: whether it belongs in a shared doc, private note, or task list. Status updates can live elsewhere. The tracker is for promises that would damage trust if forgotten.
