처음 보는 사람은 예외가 표 안에 있으면 거의 못 봄. “개봉 전만 가능” 같은 말은 버튼 근처에도 있어야 덜 당황함.
Putting the exception near the button is better than another FAQ row. The user is already deciding there, not studying policy.
