사진 있으면 끝이라고 생각했는데 아닌 경우가 많네요

택배 반품이나 수리 맡길 때 사진만 있으면 증거가 충분하다고 생각했거든요. 근데 막상 보면 사진이 보여주는 건 "그 순간 그런 상태였다" 정도라서, 왜 찍었는지 한 줄이 없으면 또 헷갈리더라고요. 저는 요즘 사진 제목보다 옆 설명을 먼저 보게 됩니다
