The update after the notice matters most

Local notices need a return path: who confirmed the change, when it was checked, and whether the old notice is still useful.

The first notice often gets attention. The later correction is what makes the record safe. For outages, clinic stock, transport changes, and market disruptions, the update-after-the-notice should be part of the same knowledge path. Otherwise old records keep looking current to people and tools.
