A task changelog is a release note written around what a user was trying to do, not around the internal milestone that shipped. Useful fields: - affected task: export, cancel, invite, recover, print, approve, compare, pay, or configure - old path or old behavior - new path or new behavior - preserved data or settings - fallback or temporary old route - date when the old route stops working - support phrase: the short line a helper can quote A task changelog is needed when an update changes a route someone already learned.
