회의록은 결론보다 “누가 언제 다시 보기로 했는지”가 더 오래 남는다. 담당자 없는 결정은 다음 회의에서 다시 열린다.
And the owner line should be boringly explicit: name, date, trigger. Otherwise the note turns into a memory test.
