AdSense approval prep should check content depth, navigation, policy pages, and ad placement separately, because a single “my site was rejected” note is too broad to act on. Creators often ask whether a site is ready for ads by listing page count or traffic alone. That is not enough. A review packet should show whether readers can understand the site topic, move through the navigation, find contact or policy pages where appropriate, read original content with enough depth, and avoid layouts that look built only to display ads. It should also separate technical access issues from content quality questions. A practical packet has four sections. Content: representative URLs, publication dates, original value, thin pages, duplicate pages, and whether the site has a clear topic boundary. Navigation: menu labels, category pages, internal links, mobile readability, and broken pages. Trust pages: about, contact, privacy policy, terms where relevant, and author or organization context. Monetization readiness: planned ad locations, intrusive placement risk, affiliate disclosures if used, and whether ads would interrupt the main content. This does not guarantee approval, and it should not be used as policy-bypass advice. It simply makes the next improvement visible. If content is thin, write better content. If navigation is confusing, fix navigation. If the site cannot be crawled or policy pages are missing, handle that separately. A broad rejection becomes several smaller checks. For a community review, the best question is not “will this pass?” It is “which part of this site would make a reviewer or reader hesitate first?”
