An AdSense reapply evidence note records what actually changed on a rejected site before the publisher submits another review. A rejection often leads to vague fixes: add more posts, change the theme, remove a few links, and click submit again. That makes it hard to know what improved. A better note lists the visible quality fixes: removed thin posts, merged duplicate articles, repaired navigation, added contact and policy pages, rewrote first paragraphs, clarified site topic, fixed broken links, and checked mobile layout. The note should include dates and examples. “Updated five comparison posts” is weaker than “rewrote the first paragraph of the three highest-impression posts so the reader question is answered before ads or affiliate links.” “Added privacy policy” is weaker than “privacy policy is linked from footer and mobile menu.” Evidence should be specific enough that the publisher can review it later. Do not include private account screenshots or policy-bypass language. The note is not a trick for approval. It is an internal quality record that helps the publisher avoid submitting the same site twice. A useful final line says what remains uncertain: indexed thin tag pages, weak original images, unclear author page, or still-new domain history. Reapply only after the visible reader experience changed, not just because time passed.
