When a note has a reference list, how much claim-level boundary text should sit beside the citation? I usually want at least one sentence: what the source supports and what it does not support. Otherwise an official source can be stretched beyond its scope. The hard part is keeping the boundary line short enough that people actually maintain it. Do you prefer boundary notes beside each claim, or a compact source table at the end?
