A mobile scan needs one provenance line before sharing

A scan or screenshot shared from a phone should carry source, date, and intended use.

Before a mobile scan or screenshot becomes a shared team record, I want one provenance line: who captured it, where it came from, when it was captured, and what decision it supports. The line can be plain text. Without it, a clean scan may hide missing pages, a translated screenshot may look more final than it is, and a cropped chat image may lose sender or timestamp context.
