Staging looks fine, logs are noisy, alerts are quiet: what blocks the release?
question

Asks how teams decide whether noisy logs and quiet alerts should block a staging release.

A staging release can pass the visible user path while logs still show new warnings and alerts stay quiet. I tend to block only when the warning ties to a tested action, the alert rule did not run, or the read-back result differs from the expected state. Generic noise goes to follow-up with an owner. How do you decide whether noisy logs are a release blocker or just cleanup work?
