Same clip, different Shorts and Reels results: what do you log?

A cross-posting note about recording title, caption, cover frame, first frame, and platform goal before comparing results.

When the same vertical clip behaves differently on Shorts and Reels, the export file is only one part of the test. I would log title, caption, cover frame, first frame, hashtags, post time, and the metric I cared about. Otherwise “platform difference” hides a packaging difference.
