Late landing plans should start from airport exit time, not landing time

A short-trip planning question about estimating immigration, baggage, last train, night bus, taxi queue, and hotel check-in after a late airport arrival.

For late airport arrivals, I try to plan from realistic airport exit time rather than scheduled landing time. Immigration, baggage, SIM setup, and walking out of the terminal can easily change the route. If the last train is gone, the plan needs night bus, taxi queue, hotel check-in, and first-night payment details. Do you stay near the airport or push into the city?
