When is a repeated Slack question ready for an FAQ?

A repeated Slack question is not automatically FAQ-ready. I look for three signals: the answer is stable, the interruption cost is real, and the answer affects onboarding, support, permissions, or customer promises. If those are true, the FAQ needs an owner and review date. If the answer is still changing every week, chat plus a temporary note may be safer.
