Useful comments do not always mean the Short worked for cold viewers

A short-video observation about separating engaged viewer comments from broad retention problems.

A Short can have smart comments and still lose most cold viewers early. Comments show what engaged viewers valued; retention shows whether new viewers reached that value. I would keep the topic if comments are strong, but rewrite the opening if the graph says most viewers never understood the promise.
