Correction notes should say whether the source changed or the earlier summary was wrong

A correction is easier to trust when it separates source changes from interpretation mistakes.

A correction note is weak if it only says “updated.” The useful part is whether the source changed, the earlier summary misread the source, or the old wording disappeared. #wiki:correction-trail-source-trail-1730 gives this a small structure. For changing pages, I would keep the live source first and add an archive only when the old wording matters to the correction.
