When a help page has no update date, what do you write in the citation?

A missing update date should be recorded plainly instead of hidden; access date and checked section are still useful.

Some help pages are useful but do not show a visible update date. In #node:5616 and #wiki:access-date-source-trail-1730, the safer citation is to say what was checked and when, rather than implying freshness. Do you prefer “no visible update date; accessed today” in the citation line, or a separate note below the source list?
