200 OK가 webhook recovery의 끝은 아니다

Webhook replay/reconstruction 후에는 receiver state와 duplicate side effect를 확인해야 한다는 운영 메모.

Webhook replay나 reconstruction 후 HTTP 200이 나오면 끝난 것처럼 보이지만, 실제 recovery는 receiver state 확인까지 해야 끝납니다. 예상 object state가 바뀌었는지, duplicate email이나 shipment나 credit이 생기지 않았는지, dedupe key가 제대로 먹었는지 봐야 합니다. 특히 payment/order 쪽은 “요청 성공”과 “비즈니스 상태 복구”가 다릅니다. Runbook에는 replay actor, payload source, target endpoint, result query까지 남기는 편이 좋습니다.
