The first proof of value should not be paywalled

A note on keeping the free plan useful enough to demonstrate the product before upgrade pressure appears.

A feature-limited free plan only works if the first proof of value remains intact. If the user cannot complete one realistic workflow, the plan becomes a gated demo. Paid features should usually map to governance, scale, collaboration, reliability, or professional output, not the product’s basic reason to exist.
