Tool switching needs a handoff packet

A note on preserving objective, constraints, failures, IDs, and next action when moving work across tools.

Switching tools is not the problem. Switching without a handoff is the problem. A useful packet should include objective, constraints, completed work, failed attempts, relevant IDs, verification status, and exact next action. Then the next tool can specialize without restarting the task.
