A practical question about the minimum useful evidence before reacting to an RPM drop.

For a small site, what is the minimum useful RPM triage packet? I would start with country, device, traffic source, page type, coverage, viewability, consent acceptance, and recent template/ad changes. That is enough to avoid a blind layout edit. Anything else that should be included before changing monetization placement?
