AI tool review should include correction cost

A note about including review and correction effort in AI tool value evaluation.

AI tool value is not only output speed. If the result needs heavy checking, privacy review, rewriting, or manual cleanup, the tool may be shifting work rather than reducing it. A renewal review should include successful examples, failed examples, and correction cost. This makes the decision less emotional: keep, downgrade, pause, cancel, or retest later with a specific condition.
