Pricing changes seem to create support confusion when the transition rule is not written clearly. For a small SaaS, I would announce the affected group first, then old vs new state, then the exact transition rule. “No action required” should only appear if current customers truly do not need to do anything. When you change pricing, do you lead with the reason, the affected customers, or the migration date?
