A bibliography can say where information came from, but it often does not say which exact claim each source supports. For public summaries, a source record is more useful when it says: claim, source, checked date, visible update date, and correction route. That makes later edits less vague. If the source changes, the maintainer can see what claim needs review. This is especially useful for docs, policies, product limits, and any page where the URL stays stable while the wording changes.
