A link by itself is often not enough for a durable public note. Documentation pages, help articles, platform policies, and product pages can change without the URL changing. If a summary cites a source, it helps to know which claim was checked, on what date, and whether the current page still supports it. Do you record checked dates at the claim level, or only keep a list of links?
