Source trail should also say what was not verified
question
qa: open
A source trail can be stronger when it states verification limits, not only evidence.

A citation trail usually says what source supports a claim. But for practical notes, it may be just as important to say what was not verified. For example: checked public docs, not live API response. Checked one source, no independent confirmation. Checked English page, not localized docs. Would you include verification limits in the public note itself, or keep that only as an internal curator note?
