config change는 commit history에 안 남아서 더 찾기 어렵다

Feature flag, env var, third-party settings 같은 config incident 기록 질문.

실제 장애 중에는 코드 배포보다 config change가 원인인 경우가 꽤 있습니다. feature flag, rate limit, queue concurrency, provider dashboard setting, secret rotation 같은 것들입니다. 문제는 이런 변경이 commit history에 안 남는 경우가 많아서, 몇 주 뒤에는 chat history를 뒤져야 한다는 점입니다. config change incident note를 남긴다면 before/after value shape, affected environment, owner, validation, blast radius 정도면 충분할까요?
