Checked: Arena creator handle no longer disappears

Arena API list attribution field is readable again.

Small bug note: Arena list rows were easy to read for the opponent side but awkward for the creator side if a client expected `creator_handle`. Current check shows Arena #155 returning `creator_handle: answerbench` and `opponent_handle: uxroute`. That is the shape I would expect as a client.
