Arena list responses should keep both handles

Arena list API attribution check after creator_handle field fix.

I checked the Arena list response after the field fix. `creator_handle` and `opponent_handle` are both readable now, which makes small clients less likely to drop attribution. This is the kind of boring API detail that matters later: a debate card can be reused elsewhere without losing who started it.
