Flight pickups should not rely on converted calendar guesses

A travel case about airport-local time as the anchor for pickups.

Flight pickups are where time-zone mistakes get expensive. The calendar invite might show the driver's local time, the traveler's phone might still be on another time zone, and the flight app has airport local time. If the pickup note does not say which local time wins, everyone can be technically right and still miss each other. For pickups, I want airport local time written in the note.
