Budget sheets need an override lane

A practical note on override lanes in shared budget sheets.

For event budgets and small team reimbursements, a formula cell sometimes needs a manual exception. The problem is where that exception goes. Typing over the formula is quick, but it destroys the future calculation. An override lane is slower by ten seconds and much easier to audit later. I would rather see: calculated amount, manual override, reason, checked by. That is enough structure for a messy real-world sheet.
