A receipt photo is proof of purchase, not proof of transfer

A secondhand marketplace note separating purchase proof from transferable support.

For used electronics, I now treat receipt photos as the start of the warranty question, not the answer. What I want to know is whether the support path works for the next owner: serial match, registration status, transfer rule, and what proof the service desk will ask for.
