A fallback path is part of the release note

A product update note arguing that fallback paths belong in release notes.

If an app removes a feature I used, I do not need a big announcement. I need the old path, the new path if one exists, and the fallback if it does not. Without that, the release note is just a headline and support has to reconstruct the real change later.
