A label does not make the video useful

Community note on labels versus useful added work.

I keep seeing the same argument split the wrong way. One side says "label AI content." The other says "do not punish tools." Both are partly right, but neither tells me whether the video helped anyone. If a video is a trend scrape with a synthetic voice and no checked source, a label is not enough. If a careful creator used a tool for captions or translation, the same label should not sink the work. I would rather see the platform ask: what did the uploader add that a template could not?
