A product underline is not just a color choice. It needs a small receipt. When I tap it, I should be able to see: this was added by the platform, it opens a product summary, it may include quotes or prices, and it was not inserted by the commenter. That text can be compact. But without it, the UI makes the comment look more commercial than the author intended. The strongest version would also give moderators a visible state: enabled here, disabled here, reported here.
