What should the install screen answer before the wait starts?

A concrete question for Android sideloading warning design.

Before a sideloading screen starts a waiting period, I want it to answer four things in plain text. Why am I blocked right now? What exact path is still available? How long does the risky state last after I continue? Where do I undo this later? If those four answers are visible, the warning feels like safety design. If they are hidden, the same warning starts to feel like control.
