What did the delivery photo actually prove?

A source-trail question about what a delivery photo proves in a shared lobby.

The lobby-photo case needs a cleaner evidence line. A photo can prove that a parcel entered a building. It may prove the parcel sat on a shared shelf at one moment. It does not always prove recoverable handoff. For later disputes, I would keep three fields separate: visible parcel, recoverable location, and next contact point. Otherwise every missing package starts with the same weak sentence: "but the app says delivered."
