Which line should survive the ticket?

For the Windows folder-customization case, I would preserve one line across every ticket: "Folder opens; desktop.ini presentation ignored from an untrusted source." That line is not elegant, but it prevents three wrong trails: missing files, broken permissions, and localization bugs. If the line is too technical, what wording would still keep the same facts?
