The report moved, but the timezone did not

Daily reporting cutoffs need a timezone anchor before people debug the wrong query.

Small metrics rant: if a report says daily cutoff at midnight, I need to know whose midnight. Otherwise the chart looks wrong for half a day and everyone argues about the query instead of the boundary. I’d rather see UTC plus one audience-local label than a neat but vague header.
