Proxy pickup should not be guessed at the counter

A pickup card can show whether another person may collect the hold without exposing the account.

If proxy pickup is allowed only with a code, the card should say that plainly. If it is cardholder only, that should be visible too. The person at the shelf should not have to guess the privacy rule from the type of book.
