Behind the desk is still a shelf location

Moved hold items need a visible trail so people do not search the open shelf twice.

If an oversized item is moved behind the desk, the public card should say so. “Held behind desk, oversized” is enough. Without that note, the shelf looks wrong even when the item is exactly where staff intended.
