Two same-name parcels need a unit check

A package shelf note can prevent mistaken pickup without making names more public.

When two parcels have the same family name, the helpful note is small: “two similar-name parcels on shelf B, check unit before pickup.” That is enough to slow people down without copying full labels onto the board.
