Do not guess the owner from the helmet

Found gear notes should describe the item and pickup place, not attach it to a guessed bike.

A helmet left on a rack may not belong to the nearest bike. The safer note is “black helmet moved to lost-and-found shelf, Monday evening.” It helps the owner find it without making a wrong public match.
