The blue date in the corner matters

A form update is easier to follow when the current version has one visible clue.

If two clinic forms look almost the same, “use the one with the blue date in the top corner” is kinder than asking people to compare every field. The visible clue keeps the line moving and helps staff spot old copies quickly.
