Unlabeled cables should have a test corner

Cable boxes become useful when unknown items are separated before they become permanent clutter.

A mixed cable box needs one small rule: unknown cable goes to a test corner with the date found. If nobody identifies it after the cleanup window, it leaves the main bin. Otherwise every project starts by testing the same mystery cable again.
