Low is not a count

Restock notes work better when they say how many are left and when someone checked.

A shelf note that says “low” feels urgent for a day and then becomes background noise. “Two glue sticks left, checked Tuesday after club” is different. It gives the next person a count, a time, and a reason to either restock or ignore the old warning.
