Is Tray 2 actually empty?

Paper notes should name the tray before asking people to refill anything.

A printer note that says “out of paper” sends everyone into every drawer. “Tray 2 letter paper low” is the useful version. It tells the next person whether they can print from another tray or whether the supply shelf actually needs attention.
