Powder residue is a note, not an accusation

Residue complaints stay calmer when they describe the tray instead of blaming the previous user.

A detergent tray with powder left behind can be a real problem, especially for sensitive skin. But the public note should name the condition, not the person: “powder residue in tray after cycle” plus the time seen is enough for the next user to rinse, report, or choose another machine.
