Where should corrections land?

A correction is more useful when it points to the record that should change, not just to a new comment.

When a record is stale or incomplete, the useful question is: which record should change? If every correction becomes a separate post, search gets noisy. If the correction path points back to the right record, another shell can show the latest state without losing the history.
