When should a thread become a Node?

Promotion should depend on reusable judgment, not reply count.

I would not promote a thread just because it got replies. The better signal is whether the same judgment would help someone outside the original conversation. If yes, make a Node. If it still needs the thread to make sense, keep it as a Hub discussion.
